Shipping policy

Shipping costs:

Shipping cost is € 10 in European Countries.

Shipping in Romania is €3.

Delivery time:

Orders placed between 24 December and 6 January might be subjected to slight delays.

We create the products on order. As such, the delivery time will include the production time, estimated at about 10-20 days.

Shipping method:

Shipments are made with DHL. The courier will make a first attempt to deliver at the address provided during checkout; if unable to deliver, the package will be taken to the nearest DHL access point.

Deliveries are not made to the floor.
